Description

Use this adtffileplugin to export CAN and CAN FD frames containing sample streams / substreams to MDF.

Prerequisites

You need at least one of the following components that can load the file plugin:

ADTF DAT Tool - for offline (post)processing (conversions)
ADTF File Plugin Processor - for online (live)processing within ADTF ("recording")

Usage

MDF CAN Frames Processor ID

adtf_dattool --plugin mdf_can_frames_exporter.adtffileplugin --export recording_with_can.adtfdat --stream can_stream --processorid mdf_can_frames --output exported_can_stream.mdf

MDF CAN FD Frames Substreams Processor ID

adtf_dattool --plugin mdf_can_frames_exporter.adtffileplugin --export recording_with_canfd.adtfdat --stream canfd_stream --processorid mdf_canfd_frames --output exported_canfd_stream.mdf
